Hi, we're Richard and Grayce. And before anything else, we've been where you are. We've questioned ourselves after difficult conversations. We've wondered if we handled situations the right way. We've felt the pressure of trying to support everyone else while still managing our own workload, expectations and wellbeing. Like so many people, we discovered that being great at your job doesn't automatically prepare you to lead people; it's a whole separate aspect of the job! No one hands you a guidebook, teaches you how to build trust, navigate conflict, lead with confidence or stay true to yourself under pressure. So that's why we created Leading with CARE. Together, we've combined our experience in leadership, coaching and education to create the programme we wish we'd had when we first stepped into leadership!
